About the owner:

My name is Jillian and I've been teaching painting classes in Greenville, Michigan since September of 2014. I started my love of art in middle school and then painting in High School (1999-2002) After High School I quit painting for who knows what reason. Everyone gets busy with one thing or another and forgets to do the things that they really love.

I was going through a rough time dealing with depression and my Husband (Scott) asked me what would make me happy. I of course told him painting (I hadn't painted a thing in over 9 years). So with the encouragement from my Husband I started painting again.

I started taking painting classes in the beginning of 2014.

At one of the classes I went to with my Mom, Sister and my Aunt. My Aunt wanted to take another of the classes they were offering but couldn't go on that date. She said to me that I could probably teach the class. So I set one up at my mother's house in August of 2014 and I've been teaching ever since..
